# Atelier by Tokenizart

> Atelier is Tokenizart's operating platform for preparing and managing records and enabled actions for artworks and other unique physical objects.

## What happens in Atelier

- Authenticated users create or prepare an artwork/object record and technical information.
- The current minimum preparation data is a main image, an artwork/object type and a name or identifying title.
- Users can review information before Mint and add further evidence over time through supported workflows.
- Mint, Certify, NFC linking, privacy and transfer are distinct actions with different effects and permissions.
- Public views show only information exposed under the owner's visibility choices.

## Action summary

- **Mint:** creates the ERC-721 Token ID and initial immutable record; consumes a Mint voucher.
- **Certify:** adds an attributed event or evidence to an existing object; does not create another NFT or transfer ownership; consumes the executing actor's Certify voucher.
- **NFC:** supports a physical-digital evidence link using the applicable flow and voucher; it is not an absolute authenticity guarantee.
- **Transfer:** changes the ownership relationship in the supported flow; it does not automatically transfer copyright, licenses or physical possession.

## Security and privacy

- Do not place passwords, recovery phrases, private keys or access codes in chat or public records.
- An Atelier session is not public crawler data.
- Private account, owner, voucher and draft information requires authenticated, consent-scoped access.
- Owner Live, when enabled separately, is read-only and does not execute Atelier actions.
