Public methodology that can be downloaded, read and independently verified.
The OKF v0.2 bundle publishes documentary knowledge as Markdown with version, provenance, status, human review and hashes. It is a public read-only projection, not a private database or operational tool.

The manifest declares paths, media types, versions and SHA-256 hashes. A person or agent can detect changes without relying solely on the interface.
Reuse with attribution
Documentation uses CC BY 4.0, but the license does not grant the trademark or permit a copy to be presented as an official Agent Friendly Web service.
